Shipping
Most of our items will ship via UPS, FedEx, or Postal Service to your specified shipping address. Large equipment will ship via truck freight and may require a forklift or lift gate.
Check for damage when you receive your freight order, and if there is any obvious or suspected damage you may refuse the order or take pictures of the damage and have the delivery driver note possible damage on your delivery documentation. It will be difficult to pursue a damage claim if you have signed for damaged items without making a possible damage notation with the delivery driver.
Off-Grid Solutions reserves the right to charge you for additional freight costs associated with re-delivery, incorrect delivery addresses, or commercial addresses that are not recognized as such by the carrier resulting in additional fees from the freight company. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Warranties
Off-Grid Solutions does not offer warranties on any product available on this website. All products come with manufacturer's warranty and any warranty issues are handled by the respective manufacturer (Victron Energy excluded). If you receive a defective item, please contact the manufacturer and they will normally either repair or replace the unit.
If you received a defective Victron Energy item or have a warranty issue, please complete and submit the Return Request Form, or call 308-207-2402 and will we handle the warranty process for you.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us during normal business hours and we will be happy to assist you. If your order has not yet been processed, and your credit card has not been charged there is no fee. If your order has already been processed and your card was charged, there will be a 3% cancellation fee deducted from your refund. If any portion of your order has shipped, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund, depending on the item. Items that are custom built, or special ordered, such as pre-wired systems, could have a cancellation fee of up to 30%, depending on the manufacturer.
Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your unused, like-new merchandise in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Items that are custom built or special order do not qualify for returns.
To begin the return process, complete and submit the Return Request Form, or call 308-207-2402. If you call, please have your order information available. Please do not ship your item until you receive an email from Off-Grid Solutions with shipping instructions, which will include an RMA number. It is your responsibility to ensure that items are shipped back to us in the original packaging and in new, unused condition. You are responsible for return shipping.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the condition of the item(s) will be verified and a refund for the amount of the original purchase price will be issued (less any shipping charges from the original purchase).
Off-Grid Solutions reserves the right to deny a refund if the product is not returned in this manner and condition. Also, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on any returned or cancelled orders.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.
